What is your return policy?
We are happy to exchange any item as long as it's within 30 days of purchase, is unworn/unwashed and in the original packaging. Just include your packing slip or a brief note with your order info (transaction number, name, date of purchase, and instructions on what you want to exchange it for) and drop it back in the mail to us. Sorry, no returns/exchanges on gift baskets.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Most orders will arrive between 5-7 business days depending on where in the Unites States you are located unless you have selected expedited shipping.

Yes, you can. Please be sure to include the patient’s name, building, and room number to ensure delivery.
